Readily Available = Means being available for tasks above as needed when needed. It does not mean you will need to stay at the property the whole time.

The following questions are just to see where you are, but if you don't have any skillset but willing to learn, you can still come on board!

If you already have some kind of handman skillset, WE DO NOT EXPECT YOU to know how to do everything at all,  just be honest about what you do know!!!   If you say you can do something, you must be able to do that skillset TOTALLY on your on!! *  We Will Ask Very Specific Question About The Items You Say You Can Do. You will be dis-qualified if you can't answer those questions. So Please ONLY Say yes to things you can do for sure!! You don't have to know how to do anything at all to work with us!!
